Returns & Exchanges

At Inaya, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
